When you pick up your student's schedule, our staff will provide you with a Student Information Form. It is a requirement that every parent or guardian complete an updated Student Information Form for each student every year in order for us to have current contact information and updated student medical information for the new school year. Keeping this information current is very important for student records and emergency contacts.
Bonus: Teachers will be providing classroom incentives to students whose parent or guardian completes the updated Student Information Form during Meet the Teacher!
